Cox bundles overview
Bundling with Cox certainly isn’t cheap, considering starting prices are above $100/mo. However, its packages have decent value. When you bundle Cox TV and Cox internet, you are able to get fast speeds and a high channel count with any package you choose. That said, there are no—you’ll pay the same as you would if you bought them individually,
Pros of Cox bundles
30-day money-back guarantee on all bundle offers – This includes money back on your standard installation charge, your first month’s service fee and your equipment charges.
Free installation – Installation is free of charge with select Cox internet and TV bundles.
Cons of Cox bundles
Hidden fees – Bundling comes with around $25/mo. of additional fees, such as a broadcast service charge or monthly modem/router rental.
No bundle savings – Bundle pricing for Cox is the same as if you bought TV and internet separately.
Cheapest bundle prioritizes channel count over internet speed – Compared to other providers that also offer internet and TV bundles, Cox offers a competitive number of channels but not as fast internet speeds.

Additional Cox bundles plans and prices available
Although the three plans listed above are the three plans we would recommend for most households, there are several other Cox plans available that may better suit your needs.
Additional Cox bundles may be available, with internet speeds starting at 10 Mbps and TV packages with 75+ channels, so take a look at our Cox coverage map to see if you live in a Cox area.
Cox internet and TV bundles
There aren’t a lot of other options for Cox bundles. Half of the internet and TV packages count Cox’s Contour Stream Player as the TV half of the equation, which is a little misleading. This is a streaming device like a Roku or Amazon Fire TV, but it doesn’t get you access to any TV channels — you’ll still have to subscribe to streaming services separately.

Shop Cox plans
Cox offers a variety of speed ranges for high-speed internet, discounted cable TV bundles and unlimited nationwide calling.

What each service in a Cox bundle offers
With Cox, you can bundle internet, TV, phone and Homelife together to maximize savings. Here’s a brief overview of each service.
Internet
Speeds: 100 to 1000 Mbps
Cox offers a wide range of internet plans, making it easy to get the speeds you need. However, since Cox primarily only offers cable internet, its prices are not as cost-efficient as providers that offer fiber optic for their cheaper plans.
TV
Channels: 140+
Cox offers better deals for cable TV plans than it does with its internet plans. Bundling with Cox is best for TV lovers as most internet and TV bundles come with at least 140 channels.
Voice
Number of features: 14+
Cox’s home phone allows you to answer home phone calls on your smartphone, block robocalls, see who is calling with Caller ID and more. When you bundle Cox Voice with Cox internet and TV, you also get unlimited calling to 30+ countries.
Homelife
Packages: Smart Home or Smart Home + Security
Bundles with internet, TV and home phone are known as “triple play” bundles, but Cox has another option that most cable providers don’t have – a quad-play. A quad-play bundle with Cox can include all the typical home services, plus Cox Homelife to automate and secure your home.
Cox bundles vs. other providers
Cox’s least expensive bundle, the Bronze Duo, is a fairly good deal for TV lovers as it provides a higher number of channels compared to most providers. For those looking for more cost-efficient bundle deals or better internet bundle deals, AT&T or Verizon may be a better choice.
Compare Cox bundles to other providers
Cox TV and internet bundles are significantly more expensive than comparable plans from other providers. In most cases, you’d be better off getting internet only from Cox, then adding TV from a live streaming service like YouTube TV or Hulu + Live TV separately.
The cheapest Cox package that actually includes TV channels costs $147.99/mo., and you only get 100 Mbps. Verizon bundles get you 125+ channels and 200 Mbps for only $89.99/mo. Xfinity bundles are even cheaper, starting at $69.99/mo. for 125+ channels and 200 Mbps.

Our expert take on Cox packages
Cox’s main selling point is the number of channels it offers since few providers offer as many channels as Cox. But those channels come at a steep cost: Cox’s internet and TV packages average around $30/mo. more than comparable bundles from other providers. What’s more, the price increases by $20 to $36 in the second year.
